Email does not send properly
If the address is correct but the email fails to send, it is probably due to a content field validation error or some other problem on the service side.
In the case of a field validation error, you will find a history of the error in the History
section of the Dashboard
, so you will need to refer to it and correct the relevant part of the error.
Utilizing Previews
Basically, if Preview shows up error-free, there should be no validation errors in production.
Difference between Send and Push
Basically, you should use Send. Push assumes that the request is coming from a webhook. A webhook may not be able to keep the client connected before the delivery is processed, so it returns a response as soon as the request comes in, and processes the delivery behind the scenes. Therefore, it cannot return success or failure of delivery or error details.
Images are not displayed.
Some image formats may not be supported by your email client.
We recommend using the jpg
, png
or gif
formats, which are supported by almost all clients.
Can I change the from?
We do not support your own domain at this time.
The from
is fixed to [email protected]
. You can set the sender name in the sender
field.
About security settings
Security settings such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC are already supported. gmail users can check the security settings by clicking “Check Message Source”.
Are there any settings for cc and bcc?
If to
contains more than one address, the message will be sent as an individual email containing only each address. Therefore, there is no cc or bcc setting.
Can I cancel my submission?
No. As with most email delivery services, there is no way to cancel a submission.
I received an email that I have no knowledge of.
There is a contact link at the bottom of the email from which you can report receipt rejection. Thereafter, the inquiring user’s e-mail address will be excluded from that sender’s e-mail.
Can I cancel my Pro plan?
Yes, you can. If you cancel in the middle of the contract month, you will be transferred to the Free Plan at that time. However, as a general rule, refunds are not available.
